All About Mrs. Frailey
Mrs. Frailey was born in Erie, Pennsylvania, but raised in Liverpool, New York. She attended kindergarten through high school in Liverpool before moving back to Pennsylvania; this time to Pittsburgh. It did not take long for Mrs. Frailey to become a die-hard Steelers' fan. She also enjoys watching the Pirates play baseball. Mrs. Frailey attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). She graduated with a dual major in Special Education (N-12) and Regular Education (K-6). Mrs. Frailey met her husband, Zachery, at IUP. In January of 2010, Mr. and Mrs. Frailey moved to New Bern, North Carolina where she taught at J.T. Barber Elementary for seven years. She started as a Special Education teacher and then moved to 5th grade before settling in to 3rd grade for four years. Mrs. Frailey moved back to Pennsylvania when her husband was offered a job as the Photographer for California University of Pennsylvania. She is very excited to be teaching 5th grade English Language Arts (ELA) and Social Studies at Propel East this school year!
